RidgeCo Design is a handcrafted manufacturing and online retail business based in Vietnam. We design, manufacture, finish, package, and ship our cast aluminum plaques directly to customers internationally.
By accessing our website or purchasing from RidgeCo Design, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. ABOUT RIDGECO DESIGN
RidgeCo Design specializes in handcrafted cast aluminum address plaques, house signs, architectural plaques, heritage plaques, and related custom metal products.
Our products are made and finished in Vietnam and shipped directly from Vietnam to the customer's delivery address.
RidgeCo Design is responsible for the production, quality control, packaging, and shipment of products purchased through our website.
Our website and online store are hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and related technical services. However, purchases made through this website are transactions directly between the customer and RidgeCo Design.

2. PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTION
RidgeCo Design products are manufactured using cast aluminum and may include raised lettering, numbers, decorative elements, and hand-finished surfaces.
Because our products are handcrafted and individually finished, minor variations in texture, paint coverage, surface character, or appearance may occur from one piece to another. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted metalwork and are not necessarily defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on your monitor, device, lighting conditions, and other settings.
Product designs, specifications, and availability may be updated from time to time.
3. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Some RidgeCo Design products can be personalized with customer-provided information, including house numbers, names, addresses, dates, wording, or other approved details.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalized information carefully before placing an order.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations to personalized orders may not be possible because the product is made specifically for the customer.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the selected product.
An order is accepted when RidgeCo Design confirms the order and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, unavailable products, or information that cannot be verified.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed on the website in the currency available for your selected market or store settings.
The final price applicable to your order will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
RidgeCo Design ships products internationally from Vietnam.
We offer free shipping to selected destinations according to our current Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 9–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 9–12 business days
- European Union: 10–15 business days
- Asian countries: 5–10 business days
- Others : 10–20 business days
These estimates do not include production time.
Custom and handcrafted products generally require 4–7 business days for production before shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
RidgeCo does not control the customs policies or charges imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information required for successful delivery.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED ORDERS
Our return and refund procedures are described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Because many RidgeCo Design products are personalized and manufactured specifically for the customer, personalized products may not be eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind.
However, this does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order you placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

- Telephone number
- Personalization details
- Other information required to complete the order
RidgeCo Design cannot be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If an address needs to be corrected after an order has been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply where applicable.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original RidgeCo Designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, product concepts, website content, and other materials created by RidgeCo Design are owned by or licensed to RidgeCo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use our website for personal or legitimate purchasing purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit RidgeCo's original designs, photographs, artwork, text, branding, or other protected materials without our prior written permission.
RidgeCo Design respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects customers to do the same.
